The perp Case No. 19060763-41 resists the officer, getting physically and verbally aggressive and causing a disturbance. The officer successfully detains the perp and conducts a routine cavity search to retrieve possible stolen goods. Perp asks to be informed of his crimes, but the officer states that his rights have been waived by his criminal activity.
